Benefits of cross-selling is widely recognised. Regulations and attitudes sometimes hinder this. KPMG Europe had ambitions plans for growth, increasing sales to existing clients formed part of this. The firm developed an internal communications programme to help promote and encourage collaboration, and to overcome few misconceptions. Working Together became its theme, we developed the identity and collateral for the campaign.
Adopting a co-ordinated approach to the internal engagement
Using the strength and recognition of the external identity, the campaign leveraged its brand assets to package the campaign internally. Colour, imagery and styles were carefully adapted to create a co-ordinated campaign across a variety of applications – screensavers, booklet, online quiz, posters, film and e-marketing templates.
