US law firm Kirkland Ellis was relatively new to on-campus recruitment in the UK. The firm has a broad reputation for quality and many stories of success, but in general, graduates didn’t have a high awareness of the brand.
In Our Own Words became the theme for a high impact story-based trainee/associate campaign.
To raise the firm’s profile, we took a bold approach, combining striking portrait photography with strong typography to present Kirkland Ellis as a personable, confident firm that gives its graduates the time and opportunity to develop. A bespoke microsite, a first for the firm, provided a hub to showcase all the ways in which graduates can build a first-class career in this premier law firm.
We added a brochure, ads, film content and exhibition panels to create a compelling proposition – one that attracted A1 students and graduates.
