Firms use annual reviews in different ways. For accountants and business advisors formerly known as Horwath Clark Whitehill, it is a way to keep staff informed. We were asked to use the report to strengthen awareness of the firm’s core values.
Each value was brought to life by photography of members of staff
Values are sometimes abstract and clichéd. A different approach was needed to develop a genuine interest in them. We decided to humanise each of the values by photographing members of staff interacting with the different values. Typography was also used to give each value a sense of identity. The approach demonstrated that the firm’s values were not abstract ideas, but beliefs that people could relate to.
‘We wanted an annual review that would really reflect our core values and the firm’s personality. The Soukias Jones Design team met the brief on every level, we are delighted with the final report.’
